PNG, JPG, GIF or WEBP — not SVG. At least 1000px on the long side, up to 25 MB. A transparent background reproduces best — we place it on a white tile wherever it appears, so one file works everywhere. You can send this later if it is not ready — pay now and we will follow up.

Ad copy or tagline — optional Notes or special requests — optional Comp code — if you were given one

A valid code makes this order free and no payment is needed — submit the form and the code is applied.

Card or PayPal — no PayPal account required.

Payment is captured by PayPal — card or PayPal account, no account required. Your submission goes to committee review before it publishes; you will hear from us only if something needs fixing.

Not paying by card?

Many organizations pay through accounts payable. Pick one and submit the form — no card needed now.

Send your artwork either way. The print deadline does not wait for a check to clear. An unpaid order is held and worked on, but it is not published or printed until payment reaches us.
